Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload content, or contact us for support. This may include: - Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile picture). We never see or store your password. - Content you upload (images) and the images the tools generate for you - Usage data and preferences - Communication with our support team When you create an account we also record four things about that one moment, and only that moment — we do not track them on every visit: - Your IP address and the country it resolves to, as reported by our network provider - A device signature — a one-way hash computed in your browser from your user agent, language, screen and timezone settings, and how your graphics hardware renders a test image. It identifies the same browser on the same machine; it is not a hardware serial number and we cannot reverse it. - Your browser's timezone setting (for example "Europe/Berlin"), read once when you sign up. It is used only to decide whether the free signup credits apply in your region and is not stored with your account - Your browser's user agent string, which tells us the browser, operating system and whether you are on a phone or a desktop - Where you first came from — the first page of our site you landed on, the website that linked you here, and any campaign tags in that link. This comes from the ait_ft cookie described in our [Cookie Policy](https://www.aiimagetools.net/cookies), and is only there if your cookie choice allowed it We use these to stop one person from repeatedly creating accounts to claim free credits, to understand which countries and devices our visitors come from, to decide what to show in different regions, and to learn which of our pages bring people who sign up. If a signature or IP has already claimed free credits, the new account still works — it simply does not receive another free allowance. Free signup credits are also not offered in regions where international card payments are not available to us (currently Iran, Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Nigeria, the Philippines, Algeria, Tunisia, Nepal and Lebanon, judged by IP country or browser timezone); accounts there can still sign in and use the service with purchased credits. ## 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: - Provide and improve our AI image generation and editing services - Process your image generation requests - Send you important updates about our service - Send occasional reminders about your daily check-in credits and unused balance. At most one a day, each with a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also switch them off in the daily check-in window - Respond to your questions and support requests - Ensure the security and integrity of our platform - Prevent repeated sign-ups from the same device or network claiming free credits more than once - Understand which countries and devices our visitors use, and tailor what we show by region ## 3. Information Sharing We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances: - With your explicit consent - To comply with legal obligations - To protect our rights and safety - With service providers who assist in our operations The IP address, country, browser signature and user agent recorded at signup are used only to stop one person opening many accounts to farm free credits. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of a free tier. ## 4. What happens to the images you upload To generate or edit an image we have to send it to the AI model that does the work. That model is run by a third-party provider, not by us. - We do not keep the photo you upload. It goes to the model that processes it and is never copied into our own storage. Only the finished image is. - Before an uploaded photo is sent anywhere, and before a finished image is delivered, it is checked by an automated safety classifier running on Cloudflare's AI platform. The classifier only answers whether the image contains prohibited content; we keep that verdict, not the image, as a record of the decision. - Finished images are stored in our own storage so they stay available to you. The model provider deletes its own copies after 14 days. - Deleting an image in My Creations deletes the stored file itself, not just the entry in a list. - A result's link is not behind a login, so anyone you send it to can open it. That is what makes sharing work, and it means the link is the thing to be careful with. Nothing you make is listed in any public gallery. We do not run facial recognition. We do not build faceprints, we do not try to identify who is in a photo, and we do not use your uploads to train any model of our own. We cannot speak for the internal practices of the model providers we call — their own terms govern that — which is why we keep the upload out of our storage entirely. ## 5. Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. ## 6. Your Rights You have the right to: - Access your personal information - Correct inaccurate information - Request deletion of your data, including your account. We do not have a self-service delete button yet — email support@aiimagetools.net from your account address and we will remove the account, its generated images and the signup records described in section 1. - Opt out of reminder emails at any time, from the unsubscribe link in any of them - Export your data ## 7. Cookies and Tracking We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change that any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We use no advertising cookies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. ## 9. International Transfers Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers. ## 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
