1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Image Tools's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AI Image Tools provides AI-powered image generation and editing. Our service includes:

• Generating images from a text description
• Editing, restoring, enhancing and upscaling uploaded images
• Removing backgrounds, transferring styles and describing images
• Download and sharing capabilities
• User account management
• Technical support and assistance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited, whether uploaded as input or requested as output:

• Sexual or pornographic material, including nudity, sexually explicit imagery, and requests to undress, expose or sexualise a person in an uploaded photo.
• Anything involving minors. Any sexual or suggestive content involving a person who is, or appears to be, under 18 is forbidden without exception. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
• A real person's likeness without their consent, including deepfakes, face swaps onto another body, and any edit intended to make it appear that someone said or did something they did not.
• Harassment, bullying or humiliation directed at a person, including edits made to mock or degrade someone's appearance.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism or animal cruelty.
• Hate speech or discriminatory contenttargeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, including forged documents, identification and official imagery.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the service, or interfering with its security or integrity.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse any request, remove or disable access to any content, suspend or terminate any account, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Credits and subscription payments are not refunded when an account is terminated for breaching this section.

How we enforce this in practice: prompts, uploaded photos and generated images are all checked automatically, and anything that breaks these rules is blocked without charge. A request involving the sexualisation of minors closes the account immediately. Other clear breaches get one warning; a second closes the account automatically, and new accounts created from the same device do not receive free credits.

Requests are screened automatically before they run. If you believe a request or your account was blocked in error, contact us at support@aiimagetools.net and we will review it. Automated filters are imperfect and we would rather correct a wrong call than leave it standing.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the images you generate. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly plans add their credits each month; annual plans add the full year's credits at the start of the term. Unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription stays active and are removed when it ends. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

In some regions, accounts may not be eligible for free credits or promotional allowances due to payment availability or compliance restrictions. This does not affect your ability to purchase credits or subscriptions using available paid methods.

Refunds. You can request a refund within 10 days of a purchase if credits from it are still unused. The refund is proportional to what is left: purchase price × unused credits ÷ credits purchased, and nothing is refunded once all of them are spent. After 10 days, purchases are not refunded. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation succeeds and are not refundable once spent. If a generation fails, no credits are deducted. If you were charged for something that did not work, contact support and we will put the credits back. Credits are not refunded if your account is terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use section above.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

8. Intellectual Property

Our platform, technology, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Image Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, the content you upload or generate, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
